Reports To: Lead Technicians, Office Staff Job Requirements: Show up each day on time at 7:30am, in uniform with tools and assist with loading the truck for the days jobs Responsible for cleaning up after job and making sure all tools and material are packed up. Ensure a clean job: put on shoe covers, put down drop cloths, etc. Make sure that the customers home is neat and tidy before leaving Provide outstanding customer service Increase indirect revenue by selling additional services. i.e.) automatic shut off, pressure reducing valve, etc. Take all job photos. Photos of all jobs should have before and after photos. Anything being installed with a model# or serial # there should be a clear photo that can be read.
