Our staff has collectively 100’s of years of experience in designing, manufacturing, renting, and selling construction equipment including but not limited to:

Job Description
We are looking for a proactive, progressive person to lead our company from a product support and product training perspective. This person should be a self-starter, self-motivated, enthusiastic, proactive, and outgoing with the ability to build long term relationships with our customers, potential customers, and staff members. An ideal candidate will have a background in Product Training and/or Product Support.
Duties Include but are not limited to
· Lead All Technical Support Work
· Develop product sales training
· Train current staff and customers
· Assist in product technical support
· Product troubleshooting
· Develop service and technical support training
· Assist in developing competitive product support comparisons
· Assist in the development and enhancement of product manuals
· Assist in the management of any online support materials including online procurement portals
· Others to be assigned
Qualifications
· Valid driver’s license
· Access to reliable transportation
· Associate degree
· Must be proficient in Microsoft Word, Excel and Outlook with solid IT skills.
· Effective written and oral communication skills
· 2-5 years experience in a similar role
· Well developed analytical and problem-solving skills
